ELDRIMNER was founded in 2006, immediately playing shows regularly with other groups in the Gothenburg black metal scene. Over the following years, the bands original black metal sound progressed, taking inspiration from groups as varied as MESHUGGAH and THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN. In 2009, ELDRIMNER released an EP entitled I mitt jag which was recorded, mixed and mastered with Marko Tervonen (THE CROWN, ANGEL BLAKE) at Studio MT in Trollhätan and was followed up by shows on the West Coast of Sweden, including a critically acclaimed appearance at Metal Town in 2010.
